The challenge

A large new-build distribution centre needed a full post-construction clean before it could be handed over for fit-out and go-live. Construction dust and debris had to be cleared from a very large floor plate, the racking and the high-level steelwork, and it all had to be coordinated around the tail end of the build programme so the handover date held.

What we did

We brought in a team sized for the floor area and worked through the building from high level down, so finished areas stayed clean as we went.
