The challenge
A warehouse needed a deep clean to a tight deadline, with the scope still moving as the date approached. The job called for a contractor who could turn up, get stuck in, and adapt when the requirements changed at the last minute.

We put a team on site and worked through the large floor areas, racking and high-level surfaces. When the scope changed partway through, we absorbed the extra work and kept going without slipping the date.
